At American Epoxy Werx JAX, we pride ourselves on our detailed and meticulous process for installing a full broadcast epoxy flake floor and beautiful metallic floors. In most cases, our floors can be installed in as little as one day. Here's how we do it:

Our installation process starts with diamond grinding the floor to smooth the floor and remove any imperfections. This step is crucial as it enhances the epoxy's ability to penetrate and adhere to the concrete, ensuring lasting durability.

step 2: Floor repair

Any cracks, chips and hairlines on the concrete floor are repaired to ensure structural integrity before the coating application.

step 3: Floor installation

We start by applying a moisture barrier/primer, followed by a basecoat and then the chosen flooring system. For flakes we broadcast the vinyl chips at 100% coverage and for metallic epoxy, we artistically apply the metallic pigments to create one of a kind floor.
